Registration
In order to use our service you will need to register your children with us.
This involves filling in an annual booking and registration form with your contact details, your child’s specific requirements etc.

For your child/rens safety, we also ask you to specify which adults are permitted to pick them up at the end of the session.
As Afterschool club places are allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. You keep your place until you decide you no longer wish to use the service any longer.
If you do not gain a place on your chosen day, you will be placed on a waiting list and informed if a place becomes available.
Administrative costs for registration are £15 for single child and £25 for two or more children, and this is non-refundable.
Once the registration is complete, your children can enjoy both the afterschool and holiday club services for the rest of that school year! (subject to available places).
Booking Arrangements
After School Club
You will have been notified which days your child has a place at the afterschool club (and whether you are on the waiting list).
Once a place has been allocated, you will be invoiced for all possible attendances during a month, even if your child does not attend.
Sparks Inc requires one months notice for cancellation as it affects our staffing ratios.
One months notice is also need to permanently swap an afterschool day, and this is obviously subject to availability. Unfortunately, sessions cancelled or not used for any reason without a months notice cannot be refunded.
We invoice the Afterschool sessions a month in advance. Invoices are sent out by 25th of the previous month to your email address.

Extra sessions will be added to the next months invoice.
As we are a non-profit making organization, we do rely on fees being paid promptly. This should be within two weeks of being invoiced, i.e in the first week of the month you are being invoiced for unless an arrangement is made with the leader in charge. Please speak to us confidentially if you are experiencing financial hardship.
